I seem to have lost all confidence in my ability to ride cross country. It's not the height of the fences that was worrying me, it was actually getting to the fences. I was worrying about her slipping, then I was worrying about not giving her a good shot at the jump, then it was something else! Do you have any advice or exercises I can do to try and combat this? Or is it just a matter of getting out there and riding cross country as much as I can to get back into the swing of things? (Rebecca)
