The Rubber Band Exercise
The rubber band exercise is great for increasing throughness and developing the horse's gaits. It helps to increase the level of impulsion and engagement of the hind legs, making it possible for the horse to better perform collected, lengthened, medium, and extended gaits. Learn all about it here!
