Tip/Quote of the Day # 1592

Regularly walking down some hills can help to keep your horse's stifles strong. If you have a horse that has weak stifles, make sure you plan to add this to your training regime at least 2 or 3 times a week. To get the most benefit, make sure your horse stays straight when walking down the hills. And you can also add some transitions to halt for further strengthening.
