Great question Cheryl! As many riders can identify with horses that spook. It can be hard to tell with some horses if they are truly afraid or not when they spook. But it really doesn't matter, as the correction I recommend for both situations is pretty much the same.... (Click on Question Title above (in blue) to read full answer)
